Specialty Registered Nurse - ICU Program

Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Units

This position provides full‑time RN coverage in the Intensive Care Units at Southwest Healthcare’s Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta and Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, California. Shift assignments are based on departmental needs.

• Deliver direct patient care and monitor critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Implement nursing care plans and coordinate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide advance life‑support interventions.
• Document clinical assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and post‑discharge care.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.

• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• At least one year of acute care experience.
• Active California RN license.
• Strong communication and critical‑thinking skills.

• Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
• BLS (AHA) Certification.
• ACLS (AHA) Certification.
• NIH Stroke Certification (to be completed by the week of NEO).
