Manager of Perioperative Services
Join our Southwest Healthcare System Leadership Team as a Manager of Perioperative Services at Inland Valley Hospital! Southwest Riverside County's only designated Trauma Center and a county-designated Paramedic Base Station. The hospital performs more than 4,000 surgeries a year, and has an average of 4,000 Emergency Department visits per month. The hospital features a Bariatric Weight-Loss Surgery Center of Excellence and the region's only Total Joint Center.
A key focus of the position is maintaining patient safety and supporting performance improvement initiatives that enhance clinical outcomes and service quality. Qualifications:
Current CA RN License, Bachelor Degree, Masters preferred, AORN preferred, minimum 1 year clinical nursing leadership experience, in nursing peri-operative can services in an acute care setting. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a perioperative care service required.
