What You Will Do:

Coordinate and manage resources and logistics for commercial construction projects.

Ensure adherence to company safety policies and OSHA requirements.

Guide subcontractors through construction projects, ensuring quality, schedule, budget, safety, and client satisfaction goals are met.

Coordinate inspections required by permits and authorities.

Prepare daily and weekly project records and reports.

Participate in weekly scheduling and coordination meetings.
