Full‑time

• Complete work orders instructed by the Maintenance Director, including changing light bulbs, AC filters, painting, plumbing, light carpentry, fixing sheet rock, and other general maintenance duties.
• Assist maintenance of all community areas such as grounds, fences, parking areas, ditches, community houses, swimming pools, spas, furniture, appliances, HVAC, and lift stations.
• Assist maintenance of service equipment, power equipment, tools, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain preventative maintenance records for each residential unit and use the work‑order system to track repairs.
• Conduct daily inspections of building, grounds, and equipment.
• Promote safety for residents, visitors, and associates by identifying and resolving potential hazards.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• At least 6 months of experience in a residential maintenance role.
• Experience with sheet rock, carpentry, plumbing, painting, changing light fixtures, and other general building maintenance.
• Thorough understanding of building and fire safety.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi‑task, and high attention to detail.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and communicate effectively with residents, family, and staff.
• Moderate to heavy exertion, including standing, reaching, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and be available after hours.
• Valid driver’s license or willingness to obtain one for company time as needed.
