Escrow Officer​/Junior Closer

Location: Wildwood, FL (On-site)

Overview:
A well-established title company is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer / Closer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling all aspects of the real estate closing process from contract to funding while providing excellent customer service to agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and complete real estate closings from start to finish.

• Prepare, review, and explain closing documents, settlement statements, and loan packages.

• Ensure accuracy of all disbursements, payoffs, and recording documents.

• Communicate proactively with all parties to the transaction to ensure a smooth closing process.

• Review title commitments and clear any title defects before closing.

• Comply with state, federal, and company policies and procedures regarding escrow and title practices.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer or Title Closer.

• Strong understanding of title insurance, escrow accounting, and settlement procedures.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in title software such as Soft Pro, Ram Quest, or similar platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple files while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
