• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to various learning styles.
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively to maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Provide academic advising and support to students, guiding them in their educational journeys.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices.
• Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
• Support students with special education needs by adapting instructional methods as required.
• Conduct laboratory sessions in subjects such as Chemistry, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.

• Strong classroom management skills to maintain discipline while fostering a supportive atmosphere.
• Familiarity with research laboratory settings, particularly in scientific disciplines like Chemistry.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and faculty members.
• Ability to provide academic advising tailored to individual student needs, promoting their overall success.

Salary range $34,000 – $42,000
