Position Details

- Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000 (no contract)
- Base Pay: Determined by experience
- Regional Float Pool Differential: $15.00
- Night Shift Differential: $4.60 per hour
- Weekends Differential: $1.50 per hour
- Stay Premium Program: Up to $8/hour after 2 years of Mercy service
- Annual Merit Increase: Included

The Registered Nurse, utilizing theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice, will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice for adult/geriatric patients. The Regional Resource RN will float between the designated East Community Mercy Hospital facilities.

- Required
Education:
Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program - Preferred Education: BSN
- Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current RN license within the hiring state or applicable compact license; meet all state board of nursing requirements
- Required Experience: Minimum 3 years Emergency Department RN experience; at least 6 months within the last year
- Preferred Experience: Epic experience
- Certifications (must have to start): BLS; within 90 days of hire, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, MANDT
- Physical Requirements: Stand/walk most of the time, significant bending, stooping, assist lifting/turning patients, push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds
