Role Description: As an Installation Technician here, you’ll work on a mix of residential and commercial accounts, giving you variety in the field instead of the same job site every day. We’re a small, tight-knit crew (under 10 people), so your work is visible and your input matters. If you take pride in clean wiring, solid programming, and a job done right — this is the kind of company where that gets noticed and rewarded.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving system and connectivity issues.
• Candidates should possess solid communication and customer service skills to clearly explain system functions and interact professionally with clients.
• Candidates should possess a focus on customer Satisfaction, ensuring installations meet client expectations and company standards.
• Organization
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts, and comfort using hand and power tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications in security, electronics, or low-voltage installation are a plus.
