You will perform repairs from drywall to plumbing, respond to work orders, and ensure units are ready for residents with attention to detail and timely execution.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multifamily or related settings, knowledge of REAC/INSPIRE prep, and a willingness to travel for regional training. A valid vehicle and tools are required.
