Rehadapt (a smaller subsidiary of Tobii Dynavox) is seeking a Global Sales Development Manager to help build the commercial foundation that enables strategy to translate into scalable, repeatable revenue.

* JOB SUMMARY:
** This is a hybrid, execution-focused role combining systems-led sales enablement with targeted, strategic business development. The primary emphasis, especially in the early phase of the role, is establishing and standardizing core commercial systems, tools, and processes, and ensuring they are consistently adopted across the organization. This role is critical in a small, growing, international organization where commercial infrastructure is still being built.
You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and IT to create clarity, structure, and disciplined ways of working.

* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
** Perform various other duties as assigned

* MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
** EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 6–10 years of experience in sales enablement, commercial operations, business development, go-to-market, or program/project management roles. Proven experience working in B2B environments, ideally with complex or solution-based offerings. Ability to operate independently in a growing organization with evolving structure. Experience in B2B technology, hardware + software, or regulated environments, preferred Experience supporting organizational change or system adoption initiatives.
COMPUTER OR TECHNICAL
SKILLS:
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems
OTHER SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work independently Excellent communication skills
