• Collaborate with Product teams to create product configurations and communicate operational implications
• Maintain product records and ensure data integrity across operations technology stack and third-party partners
• Serve as a subject matter expert on product configuration and customer experience related to supply chain workflows
• Ensure timely availability of finished product files for supply chain functions and fulfillment readiness
• Identify process and cost efficiency opportunities in collaboration with operations, vendors, and product teams

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience managing print production or materials kit production
• At least 3 years of experience in project management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering customer service

• Experience in supply chain management or continuous improvement
• Ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about sharing findings and actionable insights
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheets, JIRA, or Lucidchart
• Experience in the education technology field
