General Laborer (Regular Full Time)

Mericle Construction, Inc. is currently seeking a dependable General Laborer to support day-to-day field operations across our construction projects. This is a hands‑on role for someone who shows up ready to work, follows direction, and takes pride in keeping a job site running clean and safe.

• Perform general site labor including material handling, site prep, and cleanup
• Assist skilled trades as directed (concrete, masonry, carpentry, and others)
• Support concrete pours, form setting, and basic finishing tasks as needed
• Operate hand tools and small equipment safely and competently
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe working condition
• Follow all safety protocols and site‑specific procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some construction field experience required; concrete background preferred
• Ability to take direction, work within a crew, and shift tasks as priorities change
• Physically capable of sustained outdoor labor in varying conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude on the job site
