Bank of Bird-in-Hand is actively seeking a Head Teller to join our team at our Paradise Branch. The Head Teller is responsible for overseeing daily teller operations and fostering a team environment focused on efficiency and customer service.

• Overseeing tellers and their transactions at the branch
• Coaching, developing, and educating team members
• Handling branch reporting on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis
• Promoting the bank’s services and providing outstanding customer service
• Maintaining vault cash and coin while ensuring cash limits are not exceeded
• Acting as a source of knowledge of banking policies and procedures
• Collaborating with various departments within the organization

Bank of Bird-in-Hand is actively seeking a Float Customer Service Representative I to join our team at CSR I is responsible for the opening and processing of new accounts of all types; the cross‑selling of institution services to customers and prospective customers; providing support to other branch personnel, e.g., documentation, etc.

• Assist customers with opening all types of deposit accounts.
• Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other bank departments when necessary.
• Assist customers with routine account‑related requests such as funds transfers, automatic funds transfers (AFTs), stop payments, inquiries about bank deposit products and service charges, inquiries about ATM and debit card usage and limits, inquiries about checking and savings accounts transactions, inquiries about funds availability, and check verification requests by third parties.
• Perform teller duties as needed.

• Previous Banking Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of customer service experience
