Working full-time from any of the following Family Service Centers:
Allentown, Blue Bell, Malvern, Moosic, Mount Pocono or Wyomissing, the School Outreach Coordinator will identify and implement new and innovative ways for CCA to attract students and families in the assigned region of Pennsylvania using traditional and grassroots methods and leveraging the existing parent network. The School Outreach Coordinator will help facilitate student recruitment activities, including information session planning and implementation, event management, monitoring activities of other virtual school programs, and developing other recommendations for acquiring new students through outreach initiatives.
The School Outreach Coordinator is the eyes and ears of the school in the assigned region of Pennsylvania, assisting the outreach department in identifying the most effective ways to grow school enrollment.

Responsibilities- Assist in development, implementation, evaluation, and refinement of the schools' outreach activities;
- Assist in identifying local advertising and grassroots opportunities (e.g., events, parent-initiated outreach, etc.) in the assigned regions;
- Locate and develop partnership opportunities in the assigned regions to further CCA's mission to deliver a personalized learning experience that engages the entire family;
- Provide support and insight for increasing CCA's brand-awareness in the assigned regions;
- Assist in coordinating efforts of part-time outreach team members;
- Collect video and photographic content from the assigned regions for use on CCA's social channels;
- Assist with yearly audit of outreach print materials and the CCA website;
- Assist with Public Relations efforts including identification and screening of students and families for media activities like media interviews and appearances, assisting with video or multimedia projects that include local families and/or staff, and act as media representative in appropriate situations (i.e. when a principal or senior leadership team member is not called for);
- Provide input regarding information session and event schedules (assist in researching potential target markets and new events);
- Organizes all on-the-ground logistics in assigned regions including staffing, inventory and materials, and providing feedback;
- Coordinate use of the school's Mobile Classrooms at outreach events;
- Assist in providing regular outreach training for teachers and other staff involved in outreach efforts;
- Work with administration to execute strategies from the school's marketing plan;
- Assist with monitoring the competition within the assigned regions of PA;
- Provide input for analyses of outreach activities' effectiveness;
- Assure marketing materials are in stock and available as needed (e.g., materials for information sessions, promotional signage, equipment, etc.);
- Recruit staff to assist with outreach activities;
- Assist with scheduling and promotion of school-hosted outreach events;
- Maintain records of staff participation in outreach efforts.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical DemandsThis is largely a sedentary role. Requires the ability to lift, squat, sit, bend or stand as necessary. Ability to travel to other sites/locations as needed.

Education and Experience
- Some experience in marketing, public relations or event management
Education and Experience
- Two to five years of experience in marketing, public relations or event management
- Background in education is beneficial
- Valid PA Driver's License
- Appropriate Automobile Insurance Coverage
- Must be a resident of PA
