Computer Aided Design Designer

Allied Resources is looking for a CAD Specialist for an exciting Full-time opportunity with a utility & telecom design company based in the Greater Philadelphia area. Must be local to project sites in the Greater Philadelphia or Greater Pittsburgh area.

• Develop precise 2D and 3D drawings based on design specifications and project requirements.
• Work closely with other team members to understand project goals, provide design input, and incorporate feedback into the drafts.
• Update existing drawings with changes as projects progress.
• Take measurements and gather necessary data, ensuring that designs are based on accurate and up-to-date information.
• Ensure that all drawings and designs comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or a certificate in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Technology is preferred.
• Three years’ prior experience with Bentley Micro Station and/or AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
