Isett’s transportation services department is looking for a Project Manager with 5 to 15 years of traffic engineering and analysis experience, including PennDOT approval experience, who is ready to take on meaningful projects and guide the continued growth of the team. In this role you will lead and mentor transportation engineers, manage a variety of transportation projects, and build trusted relationships with municipal, institutional, and private‑sector clients.
Your technical expertise, project‑management skills, and client‑focused approach will be valued and help strengthen project delivery, support staff development, and contribute to the department’s continued impact.
- Traffic Impact Studies
- Safety Studies & Audits
- Traffic Signal Retiming & Design
- Traffic‑calming Design
- School‑zone Design
- Intersection Design
- PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permitting (HOP)
- B.S. Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Synchro & HCS experience
- Technical knowledge and/or previous experience in equipment selection and cost estimating
