• Originate, structure, and price lease transactions for bank and non‑bank investors
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors and financial sponsors
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess client needs and provide competitive lease solutions
• Lead syndication and secondary market sale of lease assets, ensuring optimal pricing
• Stay informed on leasing market trends and provide insights to leadership

• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in equipment leasing, capital markets, or structured finance
• Proven track record of originating and executing lease transactions
• Strong network within the leasing and financial services industry
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management requirements

• Skills in credit, portfolio risk analysis, and pricing related to acquisitions and syndications
• Good understanding of standard equipment leasing products
