• Serve as the primary contact for a designated book of clients, liaising with various internal teams
• Collect and analyze financial information throughout client relationships
• Manage collateral monitoring and ensure compliance with loan documentation
• Conduct onboarding of new clients and facilitate regular meetings with key stakeholders
• Identify underperformance in client accounts and develop strategies to address issues

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience of 10 or more years in banking
• Proven experience in writing/reviewing loan presentations and conducting cash flow analysis
• Strong credit and risk management skills, with knowledge of lending policies and procedures
• Ability to make timely recommendations while adhering to bank policies
• Excellent customer service orientation with attention to detail

• Experience in a commercial lending department
• Exceptional verbal, written, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with credit software and strong PC skills, particularly in MS Office
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
• Demonstrated dependability and strong work ethic
