We’re seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Mifflin, PA and surrounding areas. This role allows you to work one-on-one with patients, restore their independence, and be part of a supportive and passionate care team.

• Deliver in-home physical therapy as prescribed by physicians.
• Evaluate and treat patients with functional impairments.
• Promote independence and improved quality of life.
• Develop customized care plans and document patient progress.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and ensure care quality.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapy license in Pennsylvania.
• Passion for compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
