The Opportunity

As Director of Marketing, you will shape a unified, high‑impact marketing strategy for:

  • Surgical Asset Management Consulting Services
    Lean process improvement, workflow optimization, and high‑value consulting programs that help hospitals unlock efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Digital & Technology Solutions
    Including advanced analytics, automation technologies, and next‑generation digital tools that elevate the surgical ecosystem.

You’ll drive strategic positioning, storytelling, demand generation, product/solution adoption, go‑to‑market execution, and brand leadership — with a wide sphere of influence across the organization.

You will lead a talented team and collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, clinical partners, KOLs, and senior leadership to bring Aesculap's value to life.

What You’ll Lead
  • Build and execute annual marketing plans and long‑term strategy across consulting and digital offerings.
  • Shape the portfolio narrative and differentiation in a complex, evolving healthcare landscape.
  • Champion cross‑functional alignment with Sales, R&D, Field Teams, and Executive Leadership.
Digital Innovation & Technology Marketing
  • Drive go‑to‑market strategies for digital platforms, workflow tools, analytics, and automation technologies.
