Quickbase Developer

Horsham, PA (Remote - EST or CST required)

Contract - through end of year, potential for long term extensions

Job Description:

Our Pharmaceutical client is seeking a talented and motivated Quickbase Developer to join their Product Information Management team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming manual business processes into streamlined, digitized workflows using Quickbase. This position will involve designing, developing, and implementing Quickbase applications that enhance efficiency and improve data management across our operations. The successful candidate should possess strong business acumen, particularly in supply chain management, and demonstrate proficiency in reporting and analytics.

This combination of skills will enable you to bridge the gap between technical development and business needs, ensuring that our PIM solutions effectively support our organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency as a Quickbase Developer.

• Experience with MS Power

BI development (preferred).

• Proficiency with MS SharePoint including managing pages and access requests.

• Experience with MS Forms, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Digital Products:
  Execute development tasks to deliver high-quality digital products that meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Document Applications:
  Create comprehensive documentation for external and internal connections, automations, and pipelines to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Confluence Management:
  Monitor and maintain Confluence throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available.
• Progress Updates:
  Provide frequent written updates on task progress to keep stakeholders informed and ensure transparency.
• Risk and Issue Management:
  Promptly escalate and document risks and issues to the BPO/DPO/Core Team for swift resolution, minimizing impact on project timelines.
• Issue Monitoring and Response:
  Monitor and respond to submitted issues, escalating quickly for resolution to maintain smooth operations.
• Data Migration and Transition:
  Manage data migration, application transition, and hypercare to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
