• Serve as the onshore functional lead for Financials workstream within Workday Financials for assigned accounts
• Collaborate with the GDC team on daily activities, incidents, and root cause analysis
• Maintain the Workday platform focusing on reporting, business process maintenance, and security administration
• Drive continual business process improvements and ensure timely project deliverables
• Lead a team of Workday consultants across multiple engagements, ensuring effective task prioritization

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Certification in Workday Financials and Workday Security is required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday Financials
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills with the ability to solve complex incidents and provide best practice suggestions

• Willingness to go the extra mile to resolve customer problems
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
