Senior Sales Engineer – AMER

• Partner with Sales to diagnose customer challenges related to KYC, KYE, fraud mitigation, and identity workflows, proposing appropriate solutions
• Guide customers in designing user experiences that integrate Entrust Identity, assisting with trials and API or SDK integration
• Support RFPs and RFIs by providing technical and industry expertise
• Lead technical work streams during trials, defining success criteria and validating solutions with test plans and data flows
• Collaborate with Product teams to provide insights from the AMER market and enhance product adoption

• Experience as a Pre-sales, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer, or in Product Management with strong customer interaction
• Practical experience with at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Java, or Swift
• Clear understanding of RESTful APIs and modern integration patterns
• Ability to guide developers and technical teams through API and SDK integration
• Experience working directly with Sales and collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Go-to-Market teams

• Familiarity with identity verification, identity and access management, CIAM, or fraud prevention technologies
• Experience in financial services, fintech, cybersecurity, regtech, payments, or adjacent industries
• Knowledge of security principles and data protection regulations
• Experience working with customers across multiple countries within a region
