Specialist, Strategic Technical Onboarding

• Configure and implement digital products to meet customer-specific requirements
• Coordinate all aspects of digital onboarding for new and existing customers
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams for successful product launches
• Manage customer data and monitor data transfers for security and compatibility
• Research complex technical issues and develop solutions for effective implementation

• 2+ years of professional experience in customer service, technical onboarding, or a similar role
• Proficiency in data and information management practices
• Experience using Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Docs
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize deadlines and tasks effectively

• Demonstrated ownership and self-direction in previous roles
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in technical processes and workflows
