Martz Bus is seeking a Professional Motor Coach Operator to join our team serving Wilkes-Barre, PA and surrounding areas. Starting pay is $27.58 per hour with the potential to reach $30.43 per hour after three years, plus paid training and structured earn‑through runs.
Drivers will contribute to trips for local sports teams and colleges, with 95% home nightly. We offer a full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401k, life and disability coverage, plus generous holidays and PTO.
