The Warehouse Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
. This role requires consistent attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency within a fast-paced logistics environment. Candidates must be able to stand throughout the day and handle repetitive tasks with precision. This is an onsite position supporting the Adidas distribution center
, where adherence to brand guidelines and safety protocols is critical.
- Assist with loading and unloading merchandise and materials from trucks or vehicles.
- Process, scan, and shelve inventory
, ensuring all stock is labeled and organized. - Conduct warehouse audits to maintain accurate inventory reporting.
- Perform battery changing and maintenance for pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks (PIT) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
, including sweeping, mopping, and light maintenance. - Support general upkeep tasks such as basic painting, carpentry, or tool repairs.
- Merge and reorganize stock to optimize space and accessibility.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain PPE compliance (provided by client).
- Participate in team safety initiatives and process improvement discussions.
- Forklift certification and PIT training required.
- 2–3 years of warehouse or material handling experience
. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow defined procedures and work independently under supervision.
- Bailer, HVAC, mechanical, or electrical experience.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office preferred).
- Prior experience with inventory control systems or data entry.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical or trade school background preferred.
- Two shifts available:
- Sunday–Tuesday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Must be flexible for overtime and occasional schedule changes.
- Fast-paced,
standing and walking for long periods. - Onsite position with strict PPE requirements
