• This role is the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in a defined market with a diverse commercial base including Healthcare, Process Manufacturing Facilities, Education Institutions, and Office Complexes.
• Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment.
• Utilize knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts to perform tasks.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners ranging from new facility set ups to existing facility retrofits.
• Work with the company to access technical support, training on newest technology, and clear career growth opportunities.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.
• Maintain safety and security of company assets by recording use, wear and conditions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or certificate from an accredited technical school. Typically 0-2 years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training preferred.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with handheld devices (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
• Additional requirements and environmental exposure: ability to operate a vehicle safely, wear protective gear, and work in physically demanding conditions. Includes lifting up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, climbing ladders, and working at heights.
• Role may be exposed to variable weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, electrical hazards, loud equipment, and other environmental factors depending on location.
• Safety sensitive designation may apply.

Compensation:
