About the Role:

The FV Process-Process Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of manufacturing processes at our Frackville facility. This position is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing process equipment to maintain product quality and operational excellence. The technician will collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and resolve technical issues promptly. A key outcome of this role is to minimize downtime and maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Ultimately, the Process Technician contributes to the overall productivity and reliability of the plant, supporting the company’s commitment to quality and operational integrity.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in process technology or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing or industrial process environment.
• Basic understanding of process control systems, instrumentation, and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, process flow diagrams, and safety procedures.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to environmental regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and process control software.
• Familiarity with chemical processing or related industrial processes.
• Certification in process technology or industrial maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams or projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control process equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of process machinery and instrumentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and implement process improvements and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate process documentation, logs, and reports in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to process deviations or equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards.
