We are currently seeking a board‑certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Fredericksburg, PA.
What you can expect at your practice:Recruiting for an experienced full‑time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our on‑site Wellness Center at Bell & Evans, providing primary care to patients across all age groups.
As a key member of our Well Span Medical Group, you’ll evaluate and treat Bell & Evans employees and their dependents, working closely with their staff on‑site at the chicken processing plant through a client‑vendor relationship.
The Wellness Center operates on a varied schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. – offering flexibility and extended hours to accommodate patient needs.

Qualifications- Minimum Education:
- Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
- Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
- Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
- 1 year Required
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
- BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner – board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner – completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
- Physician Assistant – graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
