Staff Nurse, Flex , Behavioral Health

UPMC McKeesport is hiring a flex full-time Staff Nurse to help support our Behavioral Health Unit! This role will work 2 or 3 rotating 12-hour shifts each week with typical start times at 7am and 7pm. This position is eligible for a generous sign-on bonus!
Sign-On Bonus Details: $10,000 for Graduate Nurses or $20,000 for Registered Nurses with one or more years of experience.
Candidates hired into a sign-on bonus eligible role will be asked to make a two-year work commitment to UPMC McKeesport.

The Staff Nurse provides highly competent patient care and treatment while demonstrating empathy and a passion for learning. A role that requires independent judgment, fluent communication, and candid partnership, the Staff Nurse establishes relationships with physicians, other care providers, patients, and patient's families to achieve desired patient outcomes throughout the continuum of care. As a Staff Nurse and a member of the care delivery team, you will set the standards for the level and quality of nursing care and possess authority and accountability for its provision.
