• Complete assessments as established by scope of practice and unit standards.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families throughout the continuum of care.
• Formulate, coordinate, and provide plan of care, including patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Provide direct patient care: administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and revise care plans based on patient response.
• Initiate collaboration with physicians, ancillary personnel, and interdisciplinary team members to proactively resolve patient needs.
• Problem‑solve, troubleshoot, and implement corrective measures related to equipment and patient care.
• Participate in unit‑based decision‑making regarding evidence‑based practice utilization.
• Act as a team member working toward unit and organizational goals, and be accountable for unit‑specific metrics.
• Engage in patient quality and safety education programs and activities to improve departmental and organizational outcomes.
• Work in a clinical environment and comply with all organization policies and procedures.

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program‑Nursing (Required) or hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred).
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania ( of Pennsylvania).
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Clinical skills, effective communication, interpersonal communication, organization, preceptor skills, and teamwork.
• Experience and additional certifications are desirable but not specified as required.
