Job Summary Community Care Kistler, an FQHC lookalike model and affiliated with Geisinger, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their family medicine team.
Job Duties
Community Care Kistler Clinic qualifies for the
* NHSC Loan Repayment Program which is the National Health Service Corps (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). (up to $75,000 for two-years) in addition to the $10k recruitment incentive.
The Advanced Practitioner must be able to treat all ages (birth to geriatric)
Advanced Practitioners receive the following benefits:
