Role Overview

Provide compassionate nursing care to medically fragile children in a supportive, child-focused environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and support families in navigating their child’s care. Ensure a safe, nurturing environment for pediatric patients.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active PA Nursing License
• CPR Certification (training provided during orientation)
• Clear criminal background check
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to pediatric needs
• Administer prescribed treatments and therapies
• Monitor patient status and report significant changes
• Educate and support families
