• Provides primary clinical support to the provider, patient, and family to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
• Follows up on diagnostic testing and ensures accuracy and filing in the medical record.
• Promotes a clean environment and maintains asepsis during examinations.
• Obtains and documents patient medical history, chief complaint, vital signs, and prepares patients for examinations.
• Provides direct clinical care as directed by provider.
• Assists provider in minor surgical diagnostic procedures and ancillary examinations.
• Collects and prepares laboratory specimens, completes associated paperwork.
• Communicates with patients to respond to questions and reduce provider workload.
• Administers medications and vaccines including intradermal and skin testing per scope of practice.
• Sets up examination and treatment rooms between cases.
• Ensures compliance with organization policies and procedures.

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (Preferred).
• Basic Life Support Certification.
• Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• Strong communication, computer literacy, customer service, multitasking, teamwork skills.

Competitive pay: higher LPN pay rate; $5,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible candidates.
