Geisinger - - Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care within the nursing assistant scope of practice and align with the multidisciplinary care plan;

Document and report changes in patient condition to licensed personnel in a timely manner;
Process admissions, transfers, discharges, and related clerical tasks to facilitate patient throughput;
