Geisinger in the Wilkes-Barre area seeks an experienced nurse navigator for patient placement, coordinating transfers between facilities with referring and accepting physicians; partnering with attending physicians and inpatient charge nurses to place patients quickly and appropriately. Full-time, 40 hours weekly, rotating days and evenings (7a-7p, 9a-9p, 11a-7p, 11a-11p, 3p-11p).
An RN license in PA is required; minimum 3 years of patient placement experience.
