Registered Nurse – Acute Care Cardiac Telemetry Unit

Role Overview: Responsible for delivering comprehensive inpatient nursing care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostics, while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Formulate, coordinate, and implement care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
• Provide direct care, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to resolve patient needs proactively.
• Participate in decision-making, safety protocols, quality improvement, and evidence-based practices.
• Contribute to a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a nursing specialty training program;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential.
