• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (Travel RN)
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour night shifts per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,470 - $2,600
• Start Date: 09/14/2026
• End Date: 12/15/2026

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1 year of NICU nursing experience required; 5 years preferred
• NRP certification required
• STABLE certification required
• Experience caring for critically ill neonates in a high-acuity NICU setting
• Ability to work nights, including every other weekend and every other holiday
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-focused approach

• Provide direct bedside nursing care to newborns in a NICU IV environment
• Monitor vital signs, assess patient status, and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and support IV therapies according to established protocols
• Assist with neonatal stabilization, including support for infants requiring specialized care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver safe, effective care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and thoroughly in the medical record
• Educate and support families with empathy during a challenging time
