Registered Nurse – Advanced Acute Care Telemetry Trauma Float

Role Overview

The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, and evaluates nursing activities to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. They coordinate patient care, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and promote safety and satisfaction.

• Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to address patient needs proactively.
• Participate in decision‑making, quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence‑based practices.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure optimal care delivery.

• Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (required);
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to perform assessments, coordinate care, and work effectively within a team.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
