- Promote patient safety, satisfaction, and compassionate care.
- Graduate of Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Ability to perform clinical assessments, coordinate care, and work effectively within a team.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
