Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Role

Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.

Develops and implements individualized care plans, educates patients and families, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, evaluates intervention effectiveness, and participates in quality and safety initiatives. Troubleshoots equipment issues and engages in evidence-based practice decision-making. Ensures high-quality, compassionate care to optimize patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.

Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing;
Bachelor's Degree preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to perform assessments, prioritize care, and adapt to evolving patient needs. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.

Performs patient assessments, formulates and coordinates care plans, provides direct care, monitors patient responses, collaborates with healthcare team members, and actively participates in organizational quality improvement activities.

Work involves clinical environment with specific shift hours, including weekends and holidays. Emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered care and adherence to policies and procedures.
