Registered Nurse – Clinical Team Coordinator

Provides direct patient care and supervises staff on an inpatient unit, supporting high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing practices. Acts as a resource, mentors staff, and participates in policy development, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a collaborative environment aligned with Magnet principles.

• Supervises nursing activities, assists with staffing, and manages performance evaluations.
• Coordinates communication regarding patient care and operational issues.
• Supports professional growth, evidence-based practices, and research initiatives.
• Ensures regulatory adherence, efficient resource use, and patient satisfaction.
• Addresses patient and family concerns, documents incidents, and follows up on unit issues.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience and enrollment in a BSN program.
• Graduate of a specialty training program;
  Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
