Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering safe, compassionate patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer treatments and medications
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Troubleshoot equipment
- Participate in evidence-based practice decisions
- Promote patient safety and satisfaction
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (Bachelor’s preferred), with the ability to perform comprehensive assessments and coordinate care.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
Work involves patient interaction, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and compassionate care. Typical shifts are from 7 am to 7:30 pm, with every other weekend and holiday requirements.
