Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, assessments, and care planning in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and develop coordinated plans of care including education and discharge planning. Provide direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostics, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure patient safety and satisfaction, promoting compassionate interactions and optimal outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and clinical skills. Committed to safety, quality, and compassionate care.
Key Duties: Perform nursing activities to meet patient needs, coordinate care, support safety and patient experience, and contribute to unit and organizational goals. Participate actively in patient safety, quality programs, and team collaboration.
