Registered Nurse - Advanced Acute Care Telemetry Trauma Float

Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, performing, and evaluating nursing care to ensure patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide direct care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Educate patients and families, and assist with discharge planning.
• Evaluate and adjust nursing interventions based on patient responses.
• Collaborate proactively with physicians and staff to resolve patient needs and improve care quality.
• Participate in unit-based decision-making, safety initiatives, and quality improvement activities.

• Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required);
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Eligibility to work under a Temporary Practice Permit until passing NCLEX.
