Position: Clinical Team Coordinator - Registered Nurse (NICU)
Role Overview :

Supervises nursing care on an assigned unit, ensuring delivery of high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care. Provides direct patient care, oversees staff, supports orientation, conducts performance appraisals, manages staffing, and addresses performance issues. Facilitates communication among team members, participates in policy development, and promotes evidence-based practices. Acts as a resource, mentors staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and optimizes resource utilization. Assists in resolving patient and family concerns, follows up on incidents, and maintains proper documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Enrolled in a BSN program with at least 2 years of nursing experience. Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills, with a focus on patient safety, staff development, and regulatory standards.

  • Coordinate and supervise nursing activities on the unit
  • Assist in staff onboarding, performance management, and scheduling
  • Communicate care activities and operational updates effectively
  • Support unit policies, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives
  • Promote a positive work environment aligned with Magnet principles
  • Mentor staff, facilitate evidence-based practices, and address unit issues
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on incidents
