Registered Nurse - Clinical Team Coordinator

Inpatient RN responsible for providing direct patient care, supervising staff, and supporting team functions in a clinical environment.

Deliver high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing care; coordinate and supervise unit activities; assist with staff orientation, performance appraisals, and addressing performance issues; communicate effectively with staff, patients, and visitors; ensure regulatory compliance; support evidence-based practices; mentor staff; manage resources efficiently; handle patient and family concerns; and support unit improvements to enhance patient satisfaction.

Minimum of 2 years of experience; enrollment in a BSN program; education in nursing or related field; strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; ability to interpret policies and regulations; commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
