Cranberry Holistic Pet Care is looking for a client service representative to support our goal of creating healthier lives for our patients and their families . In joining our practice, you'll become a valued member of our team. We're looking for someone who's not just friendly and professional, but also outgoing with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Our ideal candidate has proven customer service experience, strong multitasking abilities, and proficiency in using computers . Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Answering incoming calls
• preparing charts for upcoming appointments
• addressing client concerns via phone, text, and email
• checking clients out after appointments
• filing, scanning, or other duties as assigned
