Lead Client Care Specialist - Cranberry Township, PA

Cranberry Holistic Pet Care is Hiring a Lead Client Care Specialist!

  • Role: Lead Client Care Specialist
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
  • Schedule: TBD

Primary on-site oversight duties & coordination; and client/appointment flow & support of all veterinary activity.

Primary duties to include:

  • Work with Hospital Manager (HM), Chief of Staff (CoS) & Associate veterinarians; specifically working with our CoS Holistic
  • Veterinarian and her clients’ communication needs
  • Act as a mentor in improving staff’s client communication skills
  • Preliminary screening & interviewing of CSR, Veterinary Assistant & Technician candidates
  • Special item ordering (coordinated w/HM)
  • Assure staff adherence to company & OSHA guidelines (to include annual OSHA training/testing)
  • Direct staff on handling of challenging client situations, or assist in client concerns/issues as they arise and turnover to HM as needed
  • Convey complex test results & veterinary recommendations to clients with various backgrounds & medical understanding
  • Work with HM, CoS & Associates on staff development & evaluation;
    New product/service entry & pricing updates
  • Experienced in:
  • Independent decision-making within a group setting
  • Human Resources
  • Productivity software
  • Client education & complex client communications
  • Veterinary industry and/or medical terminology

Candidate reports to the Hospital Manager & Chief of Staff.

The Lead Client Care Specialist position is full-time with a requirement of working approximately 40 hours each week. As a medical office, work must be done ethically & responsibly to its completion. Workdays & times afford some measure of flexibility when coordinated with HM and/or CoS.
