This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Quality and Safety Manager located in Wilkes‑Barre, PA. The Quality and Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing all quality control and assurance processes, developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations. The role also includes providing training to employees, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions.

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
• Experience with Quality Management systems and practices
• Ability to conduct detailed Auditing and ensure regulatory compliance
• Experience in Training programs focusing on quality and safety standards
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred
• Industry certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO, or equivalent are a plus
